On This Day In Women’s History:

October 18, 1889: Fannie Hurst was born.

🧘 Phyllis Sues: The Fearless Explorer of New Horizons

Phyllis Sues iembarked on various life-changing adventures well into her senior years.

Starting her journey at 50, she launched a successful business.

At 75, she became a trapeze enthusiast, drawn to the idea of being "present" as she flew through the air.

By 85, she embraced her first yoga class and ventured into tango dancing, believing that remaining active and open-minded is key to health and longevity.

Sues's secret? She enjoys her favorite foods in moderation, including buttery mashed potatoes, bread, El Pollo Loco, and nightly servings of ice cream.

Her inspiring philosophy revolves around staying active, embracing challenges, and learning something new every day.

With determination and a refusal to give up, she continues to accomplish the extraordinary, showing that age should never limit one's aspirations.

Until tomorrow,
