Navigating Life's Journey: From Dropout to Consultant

Kimberly Harden began her journey with a humble start, initially leaving college without completing her degree. However, her story took a remarkable turn when she returned to academia, earning her B.A. at the age of 28. Determined to pursue her passion for education further, she transitioned into a career as a college professor by the age of 37.

But the journey didn't stop there. At age 44, she started on a new path as a leadership and diversity consultant, leveraging her wealth of honours and experience to make a difference in the corporate world.

Her journey is proof of the power of perseverance and determination. Despite facing setbacks and obstacles along the way, she never lost sight of her goals. She reminds us that life is not linear; rather, it is a journey filled with twists and turns, challenges and triumphs.
