Menopause As a Fresh Start

Today we want to approach menopause from a different light - as a fresh start.

As our understanding of aging expands, there is more reason than ever to prioritize ourselves and embrace it as an opportunity for growth and well-being.

While this simple reminders can benefit all of our readers, we want to highlight them for ones that are going through menopause and send them this gentle reminder - “Prioritize yourself and your experiences”.

  1. Watch Your Thoughts

There is growing evidence that the absence of positive thoughts has a greater negative impact on our health and well-being than does the presence of negative ones. What we tell ourselves, in our heads, matter the most.

  2. Laugh

Laughter brings us closer to people, moves us into more positive mindsets, stimulates our immune system, enhances our learning and memory, and helps us cope better with the stressors in our lives.

  3. Make Time for Yourself

Take walks, eat right, and incorporate relaxation techniques into your day, move your body, let it feel alive.

We hope you will try at least one or all of these super easy to implement tips for today.

Until tomorrow,
