On This Day In Womenā€™s History:

September 28, 1887: Beulah Louise Henry was born.

Beulah Louise Henry was an American inventor. In the 1930s, she was given the nickname "Lady Edison" for her many inventions. According to the Journal of the Patent Office Society, in 1937, she was known as "America's leading feminine inventorā€.

šŸ‚ Donna Vano: The Queen of Extreme

Donna Vano is a true pioneer in extreme sports.

She's an action sports legend, a two-time cancer survivor, and a grandmother.

Donna holds three Guinness World Records, making her the oldest inline vert skater globally, the record holder for the most gold medals in the U.S. Snowboarding Association across all five disciplines, and the oldest female amateur snowboarder in pro tours in the Super Pipe.

But Donna is not just an athlete; she's a survivor and a giver, she is also a two-time ovarian cancer survivor.

Donna said ā€œYou are never too old to have funā€ and this is the message that we want to leave you with today.

Until tomorrow,

Gabby, Live Well Now Team

ā

I am thankful for my struggle because, without it, I wouldnā€™t have stumbled across my strengthā€

šŸ‘ Live Well Now Approved

You Will Need:

FOR CHICKEN WINGS

10 chicken wings

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning

Salt, to taste

LEMON PEPPER DIPPING SAUCE

Ā¼ cup melted butter or ghee

Ā½ tbsp honey

1 tsp finely grated lemon zest

Lemon juice from half a lemon

1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

Arrange the wings evenly in the air fryer basket and cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through or shaking the basket every 5 minutes for even cooking.

While the wings are cooking, prepare the lemon pepper sauce. Mix warm butter, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt in a bowl.

Serve the cooked chicken wings with the dipping sauce, or you can toss the wings in a bit of the sauce before serving for extra flavor.
