Today, I'd like to share the incredible journey of Tao Porchon-Lynch. Her story has always filled me with awe and inspiration. Whenever I seek motivation or grapple with doubts about aging, I turn to Tao's story for strength. And today, I'm excited to share it with you.

Meet Tao Porchon-Lynch, a remarkable woman who celebrated her 100th birthday with grace and vitality. Tao's journey began in India, where she discovered the transformative power of yoga. To this day, at 100 years old, Tao is practicing and teaching yoga!

Tao's message to women of all ages is clear: "There is nothing you cannot do."

Tao's story reminds us that age should never limit our passions or dreams. It gives us the motivation to live each day with purpose and unwavering determination.

She is a living testament to the extraordinary strength within every woman, regardless of age.

Tao Porchon-Lynch's story is a celebration of a century of wisdom, a lifetime of inspiration, and a reminder that our potential is limitless, no matter our age.

Since many of our readers are following the Keto Diet, we've prepared a Keto-friendly smoothie for you today!

You Will Need:

1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries

1 1/2 c. frozen raspberries, plus more for garnish (optional)

1 c. frozen blackberries

2 c. coconut milk

1 c. baby spinach

Unsweetened shaved coconut, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1. In a blender, combine all ingredients (except for coconut). Blend until smooth.

2. Divide between cups and top with raspberries and coconut, if using.

Cook Time: 5 mins | Servings: 4

Calories: 286 cals | 4g Protein | 12g Carbs | 25g Fat
